Cygnus Welcome South Korea Distributor to the UK

In January 2017, Cygnus Instruments were delighted to welcome Mr Seong – Oh Roh who is the Service Manager from our South Korea distributor, SMG System Co. Ltd for service training at the Cygnus Instruments head office in Dorchester.

Our Service Engineer, Matt Winter conducted the training which included calibration, general repairs, fault finding, firmware and general upgrades on our entire range of thickness gauges together with Hatch Sure.

SMG System have been the Cygnus distributor for South Korea since 2011 and have become a very active and successful distributor. Following the successful service training SMG will now be awarded Cygnus Service Centre status.

We thank the President of SMG System, Mr Jung-Moon Shin for all his support and wish SMG System continued success in the future.

Following the training Graham took Mr Roh on a London sightseeing excursion before his flight home to Korea.
